Panhellenic formal recruitment at East Carolina University is every fall at the beginning of the school year. Recruitment has four rounds, each with a different focus and each round providing more time to meet members of the chapter. Round 1, called Meet and Greet, is an informative session to learn about each chapter and meet a few members of each organization. Round 2, Sisterhood, is a chance to meet more women in each chapter and learn about their unique national charity and annual events. Round 3, House Tours, focuses on meeting more members, taking a tour of the chapter houses, and learning about financial obligations. And finally, round 4, Preference, provides for the most in-depth conversations about the organization’s values and your interest in the chapter.
